unable to connect to ubuntu 20.4 through tplink

I am unable to connect to the internet from ubuntu 20.4 os even though its getting to connected to the wireless network

Thank you for posting on the TP-Link Community.
Can I have the model of the TP-Link router? How about other devices in the network, are they able to connect to the internet when connecting to the TP-Link router? If yes, that means the router itself is working, and I would suggest checking the IP settings on the ubuntu 20.4 OS. While to be honest, I'm not good at ubuntu, so I guess you can search online for some help, when you search "ubuntu 20.4 cannot connect to the internet", I believe you will find some suggestions.

Very interesting; That's my problem too.
TP650 is working well with all other clients (apple, android), even my hp printer. But the netbook (ubuntu 20.04) connects only to the range extender but won't get access to the internet. It works well when directly connected to the router though.
Now I'm trying to connect just one network (only 2.4 ghz, enabled 5ghz), seems to work for using this forum so far.
Would be glad to hear about your solution!
