Model: TL-MR100  
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: TL-MR100(EU)_V1_200617

The mr100 work perfectly fine with 4g lte sim but after the telco upgraded to 4g volte, the mr100 data connection show unconnected.

Is there a way to fix this?

@Kevin_Z my sim card is faulty, after changed to the new sim card, it wokrs again. Case closed, thanks.

If you insert the SIM card into a phone, will it connect to the internet fine now? Does it display 4G VoLTE?

 

When you put it into the MR100, please show us the Status page on its web GUI? If it displays connecting without success, try to create a profile as per telco, then confirm again if it can connect.
