Solution O2 SIM card has no internet with M7350
Hello Everyone,
I just purchased a M7350 and want to use it with my O2 SIM card, however, after I plugged the SIM card in, there is no internet access, I've tried to reset it several times, but it didn't help. So I tested the SIM card on my mobile phone and it worked immediately after inserting the SIM card.
Anyone has similar issue?

Problem resolved, here is what I did: I found that the M7350 is using O2-PAYG profile(default 1) by default for O2 SIM card, but my SIM card is O2 Contract, so I changed the profile to O2 Contract(default 2) on Advanced->Dial-Up->Dial-Up Settings page, then internet works perfectly!!!
So if the internet doesn't work with default profile, you could try to check if there is other available profiles to have a try.

Hello, glad to hear that you've resolved the problem.
An ISP may have multiple APN profiles for different SIM cards or different packages. The profile of default 1 is usually the most preferred profile, but if your SIM card does not match the default profile, this problem will occur. Then you could check whether there are other profiles available, or confirm APN etc. with ISP and manually create a profile to connect the internet.

I have the same problem but don't understand how to implement your answer. How do I get to Advanced?
