TP Link as a Secondary Router Not Getting Full Speed
I have a main router and secondary router setup (LAN-to-WAN).
The main router is a LinkSys Router that provides the paid speed of 150 Mbps with PLDT. This has been set to Factory Settings - WiFi settings have been configured. My desktop in my room was initially connected to one of the LAN ports - which in turn is getting the full 150 Mbps.
The second router is this TP-Link Archer C24. Currently, it is using the ethernet cable initially connected to my desktop. However, it is only distributing up to 90 Mbps of speed. It is in Access Point mode - so no secondary DHCP server.

The Archer C24 has 100mbps WAN/LAN ports, that is going to be a bottleneck for you, it would be better to upgrade to something with a 1 GB port if you get a speed of more than 100Mbps:

@Kevin_Z Yeah. I reviewed the specs sheet a little bit too late after I posted this. I even considered it might be my ethernet cable but it is Cat5e.
Thanks, Kevin. Atleast it is confirmed.
However, how is it advertising 433+ Mbps speed? Is this for the Extender mode?

433 Mbps refers to the maximum wireless link speed, that means your wireless device can negotiate to the 5GHz network at a maximum 433 Mbps. However, the actual speed you can get will still be limited by the incoming speed, which is limited by the WAN port.
