Model: Deco M9 Plus
Hardware Version: V15
Firmware Version: 1.5.1

Hi

Has anybody had issues where the sky router loses Internet intermittently?

It happens a few times each day. The Internet is lost, all Deco units have a red light and then a couple of minutes later it comes back on.

Sky are suggesting that it could be the Deco system that is causing the router to lose internet.

@Taminder

Hi, May I know the model number of your sky router?

Did M9 plus work on the wireless router mode or access point mode?

Could you please help me get the following details as well so that I could forward your case to the senior engineers later:

1. A picture of the network map on the web UI;

2. the system log on the Deco;

Thank you very much.

@TP-Link Hi

The model is the Sky Broadband Hub.

M9 plus is setup on wireless router mode. I also have some M5 units in the setup.

How do I generate the system log?

Where do I find the network map UI?

Rgds

@Taminder

Hi, I have updated the FAQ and now it should be fine now;

And you could check the log and network map on the web UI;

At the same time, I would forward your case to the senior engineers, and please have a check of your email box.

Thank you.
