Vi Sim is not working

Hardware Version: V3

Firmware Version: Firmware Version:1.3.0 0.9.1 v0001.0

I am unable to get connected with my Vi Sim on the TL-MR3020 model in India. please fix it soon.

Is this Vi sim card inserted into a modem? What is the model of it? Do you have internet access when you plug this modem into the computer directly?
