Firmware Version: 0.9.1 4.16 v0001.0 Build 181213 Rel.33336n(5553)

Please find below sytem log. I am not able to access the internet over wifi but I can access using RJ45 when directly connected to lapotp. Internet is working but Wifi not working on router. Please resolve this ASAP.

According to the log file you attached, it seems the C20 doesn't even connect to the internet. Can you confirm if there is any limitation or restriction on the ISP line, as you can get online successfully when you plug the RJ45 to the computer directly?

 

BTW, who is your ISP? Ensure you are typing the correct username and password one more time on the C20 when setting it up. You can check the credentials on the connection you've made on the computer when plugged into the RJ45 directly, or confirm with your ISP.

Hi,

 

I am able to connect using RJ45 cable directly and internet is working, only issue with WAN.

 

Tried restarting and resetting the router but no luck. 

 

Please resolve this asap.
