Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: Unknown

Have created a link between mail deco attached to router and one satellite but the 3rd satellite keeps showing red which refers to it not being connected to the network. I've tried reboots etc nothing I know how to do works, I not computer literate. Any help would be greatly appreciated and received.

Hi, have you tried to set up the 3rd Deco next to the main/ 2nd Deco?

Would it be possible to draw a diagram/ floor map about the relative location and distance of each Deco?

By the way, would it be possible for your to swap the location of the two satellite Deco units to check whether the other satellite Deco works on the same location?
