Deco M4 not connecting via ethernet backhaul
I used to have 2 router setup and have upgraded to deco m4 3 pack. main deco is on the first floor and the second deco directly on the below floor connected via ethernet cable and 3rd deco in the same floor connected wirelessly via the second deco. The app is backhaul via wireless but not via ethernet. changed ports as well on the main and secondary.

Hi, may I know is there any network switch in between?
such as:
ISP---main Deco M4 ---first floor
\switch--2nd Deco M4 ) ) (( 3rd Deco M4 ---below floor
Would removing the switch and connect the 2nd M4 to the Ethernet cable from the main Deco directly, make any difference?
Thank you very much and wait for your reply.

@TP-Link - It is connected directly to the deco without the switch... earlier my 2 router setup is also connected via the same wire itself..
connected pattern ISP to main deco. main deco to 2nd deco wireless(want ethernet backhaul) and 2nd deco to third via wireless backhaul

In this way, Could you please change a new Ethernet cable to have a look?
And if possible, please switch the location of the two satellite Deco units to see whether the previous 3rd Deco could have the Ethernet backhaul?
Thank you very much and wait for your reply.

Hi, Directly unplugging it and switching the Deco would be fine.
