Deco M4R Cannot visit overseas websites
After the upgrade, I experiencing problems when visiting overseas websites. mainly the websites from China mainland (my location is in Canada). this has nothing to do with my ISP and the modem from my ISP.
Tried to change to some open IP like 8.8.8.8 but nothing changes.
the operation mode is the router as default. tried to switch to AP mode but the other deco (I have a total of 3 deco in my place) will go offline and I have to delete the current setting and reset every deco and recreate the mesh network.
Can I downgrade the Deco or is there any configuration I can do?

Hi, thanks for your feedback.
Before the firmware update, these websites have no issue at all, right?-Did you still remember the previous firmware?
Could you please tell me what these websites are so that I can have a test as well?
What would happen if you try to ping these websites on the command prompt?---can I have some pictures?
Thank you very much.

@TP-Link Sorry I do not remember the previous firmware. Below will be some sites that I am having issues visiting.
https://baike.baidu.com/ ---- like Wikipedia thing but from Baidu. The search engine (https://www.baidu.com/) is working.
https://www.arknights.global/ ----I am also having issues with this game. the site is able to open but I can not connect to the game server.
https://xl11.xunlei.com/ ------- the site of software that's for downloading (command test shows time out)
https://www.wps.cn/ ------ office suite software.
http://mumu.163.com/ ------ Android simulator for desktop.
Basically, all the sites are timing out when pinging from command.

Hi, except the Deco, did you have other brand routers and would they have the same issue?
Have you set up any parental control rules for the mobile clients?
Just to double-check, before the firmware upgrade, these websites are able to access, right?
By the way, May I know who is your internet service provider?
Did all the devices have the same issue or just the current laptop?
Thank you very much.

I do not think other brands' routers will have the issue since if I have Ethernet cable directly from the modem, the sites are all able to open. But I need the mesh network in my place.
I have not set up any parental control or firewall rules and even QoS.
And, yes, before the firmware upgrade, the sites are all able to access
All devices have the same issue if connected to Deco.
Here is the information about my ISP
