Hello, I have problem with my Archer T6e card. Today, it stopped finding 5Ghz Wi-Fi. This network works fine, i've tested it with my other devices. The card was working properly until tommorow morning. I didn't do anything with settings, drivers and so on, it just stopped working. I tried to reinstall drivers, use windows 7 and 8 drivers (im using windows 10 64 bit), i restarted computer and reset the card. Did you have problem like this? How to solve it?

Hello everyone,

If your Wi-Fi network adapter is not able to see 5Ghz Wifi band of routers, please try some tips in FAQ here:

Why cannot the adapter detect the 5G Wi-Fi of my router?

  • Please try a different 5Ghz Wi-Fi channel on your router to 5Ghz Channel 36,40,44 or 48.
  • If you have any old or build-in Wi-Fi adapter enabled besides tp-link adapter,  disable other Wi-Fi adapters except TP-Link adapter first.
  • Make sure router is dual-band Wi-Fi router and move router and PC a bit closer
  • Confirm other network devices like mobile phones could see 5Ghz Wi-Fi band of router

If the same issue, please start a new thread, and let us know if  T6E can detect 5Ghz Wi-Fi from your neighbors, or it did not see all 5Ghz Wi-Fi? Thank you

@Amiciaa

If you have an old wireless adapter, please disable it first to check if it's working.  If the same story, please do the following troubleshooting:   Open the management page of your main router, go to the wireless settings, then change the channel of 5G Wi-Fi to 36. Then check the Wi-Fi list again. Here we take the TP-Link router as an example;
