Having a problem with the app.
It wont scan the QR code and says to connect manually. Any idea what the issue is? Thanks
Is the model number of the TP-Link device Archer AX1500? Please verify this by locating the bottom sticker of the device, where you will find the model and hardware.
If you cannot scan and install the QR code, try to search for Tether app on the Apple Store or Google Play, check if you can install it successfully.
