I tried downloading the app on my phone, was able to login but I am unable to see connected devices. It is asking me to login using the same email and password but gets an invalid login error.
Hello, what is the model number of your TP-Link device, and which app are you using to login?
Please check the following info if Tether cannot detect the router:
1. Make sure the smartphone is connected to the TP-Link host wireless network.
2. Make sure the router is running the latest firmware.
3. Turn off the VPN software on your phone if you have one.
4. Reboot the router or restart the Tether app.
