@Vincenttck

How do you connect the XiaoMi media box to the Archer AX73? Does it connect to the 2.4G or 5G network? Please try to disable the Smart Connect feature on the AX73, create a different wireless network name for both the 2.4G and 5G network, then check again if the XiaoMi media box can connect to the network.

May I know who is your ISP? What is the model number of the ISP modem? What was the model of the old router that worked fine with the XiaoMi media box?

If the Archer AX73 is working as the main router, have you tried to change the default ISP DNS to something different and see if that can resolve the issue, such as 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4?
