XMeye probing DNS
I have a DVR, with XMeye that functions for maybe an hour an then XMeye disconnects.
In Net Settings I view "Probing DNS."
This problem a result of incorrect router configuration? And what to do to resolve?

@Toople The DVR, via Xmeye on wifi just stopped working. I checked network on the DVR and it's "Probing DNS". Any thoughts?
Far aware my SMPT settings are correct it always fails when I try "test".
Edit. I rebooted the DVR, and it's now reconnected. I checked the App and it's functional. This is exactly the problem I've been having from the day was installed. Any suggestions?

Regarding SMTP settings you can try with Google or Yahoo. If they don't work for you then try using other SMTP service - there's a lot of them.
As for the 'Probing DNS' message follow the instructions in the links (my first post). There is a guidance to change the MTU size of the DVR to fix that.
