Archer MR200 v1 beta firmware

Hello - I am unable to get my company VPN to connect when using the above 3G router.
I am told there is a beta version of firmware which works, could someone from support please send it to me?

Are you trying to connect to the work VPN via the MR200? Is the internet working properly on the MR200? If yes, there should be no more setting requirements for the MR200 to connect to the VPN outside, just enable the related VPN passthrough on it.
But if this is not you are requesting, please kindly provide more details, then we can check how to achieve that.

@Kevin_Z Hello - the internet is working fine and the VPN works fine when used in my photo but doesn't work when I out the SIM in the MR200 router even though the internet works it. It's a palo alto global protect VPN and passthrough is enabled on all the settings.

Hi,
Did you use the Archer MR200 V1 to set up IPsec VPN connection with Palo alto global protect VPN, more like using the MR200 as a VPN client?
Or the device connected to the Archer MR200 could get internet service but failed to connect the remote protect Palo alto global VPN server?
Would there be any error message when failed to connect the VPN?
As for the beta firmware, we only had the firmware to Enable NAT-T to solve the IPSec VPN issue(IPSec VPN tunnel has been established but cannot ping each other);

@TP-Link Hello,
The vpn client is on my laptop and it shows as connecting successfully but no traffic goes through the VPN and then it times out and disconnects. Thers is no error message as the VPN client shows connected, but then it disconnects as the 'time out' is reached as no traffic or ping works over the VPN.
Perhaps I try the beta firmware to see if it helps?

I have the same problem with my MR200 V1. VPN is established from my laptop (client) to my company but no communication is passing through.
How do I get the beta firmware?
