Model: Deco X60
Hardware Version: V2
Firmware Version: 1.2.6

I recently installed a Synology 420+ and connected it directly to the lan port of my second X60. I tried to setup a wol service to wakeup the NAS through my iphone. I found the Mac and IP address needed for the Mocha WOL app. The app did successfully wake up the NAS when the iphone is connected to the local network. However, it does not work when the phone is not connected to the wifi network. Is there anything that I can do to make WOL work when I'm not at home or it is as what many others have said, the Deco X60 being a advance model in the TPlink family does not support WOL? if it is . I would be most disappointed with TP link products! Sorry I am a dummy in network computing so pls kindly give me some simple and detailed advices to make the WOL service work. Thx very much!

@AlfredT

When your phone is not connected to your WiFi network and you want to wake you NAS, Mocha WOL app on your phone tries to reach your home network from the Internet. You will need to find "Waking computer from the Internet" section in "Mocha WOL Setup Wizard" document and see if what required there you can do in your home network.

Note that if you run Deco mesh in router mode, connected to ISP router that also configured in router mode (not bridged), you may need to modify configurations in both Deco and ISP router.
