i tried to reset the router and now he is just flashing his power lighting , i tried everything to connect to it but no way , i just bought it 2 months ago

Hard reset (method 1).

If the device is still under warranty contact the retailer for help. If the retailer can't help, then contact your local support to advise you on that.
