I tried to reset and the 10 second factory reset, no luck. Cannot to the device on my Tether app and WPS method does not work either. Please help.

Hi @Techless,
If your Range Extender can't be powered on properly, not responding to reset or repeat to reboot itself, please refer to the following suggestions:
1. Please plug the extender into another power socket.
2. Hold the reset pinhole until all the lights turn on for one second, then off.
Note: If the reported models are RE220 V3/RE200 V5/RE190 V5, always repeat to reboot, after trying the above troubleshooting methods, please refer to https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/653040 for further suggestions.
If still same, please contact TP-LINK technical support.

@Joseph-TP solution does not work and support chat message does not work... repeat "connection lost" message. Device makes a ringing / whistling sound when plugging into power point.

"3. If both suggestions didn't help, please click Here to submit your model number and SN number of the range extender first. Then contact the shop retailer or local support office for warranty service as soon as possible."
