Hi Folks

Have installed the TL-WN881ND in win 10. The installation software does not include the configuration utility. I have downloaded the latest drivers from the TL website and a config utility elsewhere. However once the config utility is installed I am unable to use it as the options are greyed out because I assume it cannot find the adapter. But the adapter is in Device managers and is enabled. I have internet connection but want to invoke ad-hoc mode. I nned to be able to make changes in the config utility.

Why was this utility not part of the installation software?

I had a chat with an advisor from TL and he gave me a link to the latest software for the adapter and assured me that it contained the config utility. It doesn't and is only the driver file..

I have spent way too much time on this.

Where to from here.

Gordee
