Model: Archer MR600
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: beta for band selection

I have a problem with my Archer MR600 not beein dualband ... when i select 2 different bands ( 8 and 20 ) it only shows  one of both but both function individually.

if I'm not mistaken, the band 8 is in 900 MHz, reserved for 3G and can't be aggregated with band 20 for 4G LTE. When you select band 8 alone, you still in 3G, not 4G!

Try to check all the frequency bands offered on your 4G provider's antenna.

For my MR-600 I have only the choice for 4G LTE, with my operator, of the following combinations:

Band 3 (1800 MHz) + band 20 (800 MHz)
Band 3 (1800 MHz) + band 28 (700 MHz)

I chose B3 + B28 combination because the B28 has better reception (75%) than the B20 (50%).

No band 7 (2600 MHz) for me on the mast, which would be a better choice than band 3.

4G+ LTE band's aggregations for Archer MR600:

@bernado64

I think you are 100% correct in your assessment.

For my curiosity, did you ever try 3+3 mode (CA_3C or CA_3A-3A).

For me, it works fine on the phone, but never on  AR600 - it just uses 4G single B3.

And in my area, B1 and B3 is ONLY options at the moment. frown

we only have band 8 and band 20 here ... and band 8 has 25 mbit and band 20 has like 10 mbit .... 3g is sent over band 1
