I am able to see networks but cant connect to them,my router works on 2,4ghz only so i dont mind not usin the 5ghz option .i have downloaded the broadcom driver since the one on the site wasnt working too.The weird thing is that when i use one antenna on the card im able to connect but i dont have strong signal.

Would there be any error message when you failed to connect the 2.4ghz of the main router with both antennas attached?
Could you please also try to install the following driver to see if that works:
