Model: Deco M4

Hardware Version: V2

Firmware Version: 1.4.3

So I just got me a set of S4's and I have quickly realised that anything not directly wired to the device does not show up in the app. So I have a gigabit switch connected to one of the Ethernet ports, but nothing attached to that switch shows up in the app. I can see the bandwidth being used but no devices show.

Why is this? My old Google Wifi system used to show everything, including devices connected via a switch or via homeplugs.

Can this be fixed?

If this is your first experience with Deco mesh, you may not know that it takes time for Deco app to update list of devices Deco mesh see. Few minutes, usually.

I have gigabit 5-port switch connected to free port of wired Deco M5, two devices connected to switch: network printer and Roku. I can see both in Deco app.
