Model: Archer AX10
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.2

Hello, my Tp-Link router frequently disconnect from WAN. I don't think it is an issue from ISP, because with the old router I didn't face this problem. My setup is made of 2 AX10 routers. First is configured as a router with PPPoE connection and the second one is configured as an access point with static IP.  I attach the log from main router.

The problem was caused because the IP v6 was activated.

@Dragos1

You can try tweaking these settings to see if any improvement:

The Default MTU size: 1480

The Default Online interval: 10s

The router is still disconnecting from WAN. But, I notice that when the connection drops, the access point router cannot find the main router in the local area. And after I do a reboot on access point router, the connection was fixed.

What does it mean by "the access point router cannot find the main router in the local area"? Do you mean the WAN disconnect on the access point but not the main?

How is the access point connected to the main, via WAN or LAN? Is the main router stable?

If the main is also unstable, please login to the web interface and confirm if there is still a WAN IP address when the internet drops, If there is a WAN IP, please try to change the DNS server to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, then reboot both the main and the access point to confirm.

@Kevin_Z

I mean that I cannot access the main router while I'm connected to the access point. Both logs that the WAN led is blinking (the first log appears in main router)

The access point is connected în WAN port. I change also to LAN port, but the same problem appears.

The main router still have an WAN IP. And also if I change the DNS, same problem appears.

I'm wandering also, what if you connect a PC directly to the ISP modem, and dial up on the computer directly, will the connection stable? If you haven't tested it, you may refer to the guide below to give it a go:

https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/339/

If the connection is stable, and you don't lose any connection, then please confirm that suggested by Ivaylo that try with a different Cat 5e or Cat 6 cable between the modem and the main AX10 to check if it will make a difference.

What's more, you may disconnect the second AX10, only leave the main AX10 connected to the modem, to check if it is stable. We need to make it clear the issue lies in the main or the access point.
