Firmware Version:

Vi (Vodafone and Idea merged) sim not working.

Sim prepared showing but network not coming.

Sim card working in another dongle and smartphone.

@SonuHari i was also experiencing the same issue in vi sim,to solve this go to apn settings of the router(either in tether app or in the browser),create a new apn profile>set any profile name>pdp type ipv4&ipv6>set apn type to dynamic(if dynamic type doesnt work then select static and type 'www' in the apn column,try dynamic first)(this worked for me )

@Sohith My internet working fine after replaced the sim from VI store.

Hi Rupneetbrar, I am also experiencing the same issue, when I kept the sim in the router i am not seeing internet icon light up in the router, but i was able to access the internet and calls for the same sim in my mobile. I had tried the same APN profile settings, but still I am not able to access the internet. Could you please help me to resolve this issue.

kindly downgrade and enable band selection 

and select 1 in band A

41 in band B

after lots of struggle it worked for me 

myself in tamilnadu

Hi, It would be more clear to tell us, why did you want to downgrade the firmware?

And may I know the model number as well as the hardware and firmware version of your router?
