@Khammer Hi have the same issu with a deco unit x60, i bought the set of 3 but one of them seems to be blocked, i can't reset it , neither to connect, no data flows throu ethernet ports. How can i solve this. Thank you

You have to call support, and they'll verify if it's the same issue and if so, they will replace the unit for you.

Alternatively, I bought mine at Costco, so I just returned the three and bought another pack because I didn't want to wait.

I have same issue. Deco stopped working. Reboot didn't work then removed from wifi and tried to do reset to factory. Kept cycling - rebooting. Now just shows green and won't do a reset.

If possible, please refer to this link to do a firmware recovery:

If nothing changed, Please send an email to support.forum@tp-link.com with the following information:

1. a picture of the bottom label with SN of the defective unit.

2. a copy of your purchasing receipt.
