I have installed a E4 network.
But the speed of this is very slow. We have 1000 mbit if we only use our existing router, when we use the network from Deco E4, the speed is only about 50-60 mbit.
What can we do, that we also at the Deco E4 network became a higher speed

You should return Deco E4 and replace it with Deco M4.
Deco E4 has 100Mbit Ethernet ports, and that is what limiting Internet speed of your wireless and wired devices connected to E4.
Deco M4 has gigabit ports.
@Alexandre. Thank you but in the specifications it says data transfer rate is 1167 mbps, that is wrong I think?
It is marketing speak. Not wrong legally, but does not necessarily mean what you think it should mean.

Mind you, even with M4 real life speed for mobile devices will unlikely to be over 500-600Mbps, so align your expectations correspondingly. This is not limitation of Deco specifically, but of WiFi5 protocol.
If you want, at least theoretically, better wireless speeds - consider Deco units or other brand mesh units that support WiFi6. Of course, wireless client must support WiFi6 as well, to get advantage of that protocol and its faster speeds.
