Firmware Version:

I am not able to set up the main Deco x60. Get through the set up but don't know what information I need to enter. I get a red light every time. Possibly need to call my ISP but want to ask for the correct information. Can someone help?

Hi, may I know who is your internet service provider?

If you talked about the PPPoE cnnection username and password, they are provided by the ISP;
