Model: Archer AX6000
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.1.1 Build 20200714 rel.18254

Hi,

I just changed internet provider, where it is required to set a VLAN id(100) on the WAN port. Several routers of other brands in the same price range support this, unfortunately the AX6000 does not. I suspect more people will need this feature as well, as in NL it is related to connecting glassfiber-internet to homes. Could you add this feature to this model through firmware?

thanks!

Regards,

Frank

Hi Frank, as far as I know, the AX6000 should support the VLAN ID settings, can you please check again by following the Quick Setup as this?

May I know who is your ISP, please?

@Kevin_Z

You are totally right, thanks! It works now. THe thing is I couldn't find anything in the documentation / help files and it is only possible to set these settings through the 'quickstart'. It is not possible to set these settings via the advanced configuration, at least I couldn't find it. That gave me the assumption it wasn't possible.
