Model: Archer TX50E
Hardware Version: V7
Firmware Version: 5.0

Hello,

I have recently just installed this adapter (AX3000 Wi-Fi 6 Bluetooth 5.0 PCie Adapter Archer TX50E) and I am unable to get Bluetooth working. There is no option to turn on Bluetooth in Windows.

Wi-Fi works fine.

I have tried (restarting each time):

1) Updating all drivers for the adapter itself (v. 220.10.0.7)

2) Updating Chipset drivers for my motherboard (MSI B500M Bazooka)

3) Updating Windows

4) Moving adapter to a different PCIe slot

5) Enabling Bluetooth under Windows services

Attached is my system info.

I am at a loss what to do. Can you please advise? Please let me know whatever information you need to help me further.

@Kevin_Z

The problem turned out to be the USB connection from the adapter to motherboard was not plugged in.  It works fine now.

Best,

Chris

Hello, kindly refer to the below instructions to check the connection again:
https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2698/

Below is the latest driver for the adapter, you may give it a go and see if it helps:

You can also refer to the below article to try some more troubleshooting:

If possible, try this adapter on another computer and see if the Bluetooth part can be detected, thanks.

@vikaspell  Hello,

Please check the video here of TX3000E/ TX50E  ' Archer TX3000E How to Set up a PCIe Adapter ' when you run the Utlity, it will install wifi driver first then the Bluetooth driver, if there any Error message when you try to install Bluetooth driver?

https://www.tp-link.com/support/download/archer-tx3000e/#video

Please follow this instruction here to let me know which step you met trouble, can you a photo with us if there is any error message ?

(after you connect Bluetooth part, it should show up as TPLINK or Intel AX200 under Device Manager-> Bluetooth part )
