Model: Archer TX50E
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version:

hi, i bought a network card model archer tx50e. I unfortunately found that when i use the wifi, the bluetooth disconnects. I tried to upgrade drivers, disconnect and reinstall them but nothing worked. The intel support could do nothing and the microsoft one at the end suggested me to buy a usb bluetooth adaptor. I turned an old tp link model and buy this one cause there was the same problem on the old one, so the problem is with software but i could not find how to solve this problem. My os is windows 10 64 bit, the driver wifi is 22.0.0.6 and bluetooth is 2.110.0.3. Has anyone had this issue and found a way to solve it? I paid for a network card with both wifi and bluetooth and don't want to spend more for a bluetooth adaptor...

@gianluca99

Hello, sorry to hear that, while we will try to figure this out together, so don't worry:

Kindly refer to the below instructions to check the connection again:
https://www.tp-link.com/support/faq/2698/

Below is the latest driver for the adapter, you may give it a go and see if it helps:
https://downloadcenter.intel.com/product/189347/-Wi-Fi-6-AX200

If possible, try this adapter on another computer and see if the Bluetooth part can be detected, thanks.
