UB 400 bluetooth adapter

USB Bluetooth adapter bought on 27/072020 stopped working while in use. Says driver error. Since I use Windows 10, I don't get a driver. what do I do? Please help me.

Hi, as far as I know, this UB400 should be plug and play on the Windows 10, can you please go to the device manager to check if you can find this device there, what is the status of it?
What is the Windows 10 version? Please check it by Pressing Win+R key, input “msinfo32” in the Run window, you will get the system information screen, show me the screenshot, thanks.
Just to confirm, was it working fine before on the same Windows 10 computer? Was there any change on the Windows 10 before it stops working?
