Have AX20 v1.0 - problem started few days ago - after aprox. 1 hour of using (just casual browsing) internet connection is lost. Only solution - connecting to router and after rebooting from UI everything is ok till next hour.

@IM79

Hello, was there any change or modification on the router or in the network before this issue starts happening, such as upgrading the router firmware?

Who is your ISP? Be sure you still get a stable connection when connecting to the ISP modem directly.

Please pay attention to the Internet LED on the AX20 when the disconnect happens, and also check if there is still a WAN IP address on the AX20.

@Kevin_Z

There was no modifications in router before that, but regarding firmware update - have enabled auto-update... so do not know if this can cause something.

Yesterday found suggestion to enable "Get IP using Unicast DHCP" ... looks promising as all night there were no disconnects (but need to admit, that most of devices was not used during night time).

Interesting, that in DHCP client list there are some items with "--" or labeled as "UNKNOWN" if opening Network Map -> Clients ... As it appears those are Apple devices and maybe just coincidence that network disconnects started when some additional Apple devices were connected to local network...

Seems that now everything works:

1) ISP replaced its modem/router
2) Moved TP Link AX20 closer to devices and away from ISP router.

3) Enabled: "Get IP using Unicast DHCP"
4) Also removed ISP routers DNS and provided DNS 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1 (otherwise Apple devices were complaining about wifi encription)

@IM79

That is a great start.yes Please keep monitoring the network connectivity and do let me know if there is anything new that comes up.

Regarding the "--" or labeled as "UNKNOWN" display issue for the Apple devices, you may check if they have enabled the Private MAC address on those iOS, if yes, the router may fail to identify the devices and thus display "--" or "UNKNOWN" for them.
