Hi - I have bought WR902ac, but I can not connect to it - you can see here https://youtu.be/CIsBQ3v4c2A the situation.

 

Anybody knows what to do?

Are you powering the router via the supplied power adapter or via the USB port of that laptop computer?

 

It looks like the router is powering on and off over and over, like as if the supplied power is not sufficient.

Oh, that's sad to hear.

 

Does it do that same LED flashing sequence in any of the modes that can be selected via the mode switch?

 

Can you check that the RESET button hasn't maybe got stuck somehow?

 

Anyway, seems like you will need help from TP-Link support.

@woozle Yes - it`s the same no matter which mode is on.

 

Reset button looks ok - I`ve tried to reset it several times, after reset only power led is lighting, then intenet led is lighting meybe 5 seconds, and then again sequence from video.

Hi, is it WR902AC brand new? Or was it working before? As woozle mentioned earlier that it seems power supply is insufficient, please try with another 5V/2A power adapter if possible.

 

If none of these helps, please contact the local tech support to check the warranty cause the device seems faulty:

It`s totally new - I only connected it and made firmware update - and probably the update caused fault or didn`t run properly.

Hi, it might be, we suggest you upgrade the router via a wired connection, just in case the wireless is not stable when upgrading the firmware.
