Hi Guys,

I've been setting up my smart home with this router, basically our smart gateway and CCTV NVR would be connected to the router, and in order to control externally, i setup the Dynamic DNS for it and setup the port forwarding, virtual server, address reservation. It was working fine, but recently unable to completly load the dashboard and CCTV from outside the network. All internet connection ok, every time i try access from outside network, it failed to load completely and the CCTV stuck at 95%. But the interesting thing, some of my command are able to be executed externally to the Dynamic DNS link, especially all command that only response in JSON format or very small KB response. Anyone experience the issue?

using 4G Simcard

Was wondering the sim card issue or router issue

Appreicate for the helps

@Luciusandi

Hi, we did not receive such kind of feedback before.

And did you get it fixed already?

Have you changed a different SIM card to have a test, or reset the modem and configure it from the beginning?

Update, we do have a beta firmware which could fix the MTU issue but not quite sure if they are related.

Thanks a lot.

@Sunshine

Thank you for the reply, i did reset and reconfigure, but the issue still persists, doesnt seems to be sim card issue. it was working for a year though, but yesterday had some help from online support by changing primary and secondary dns to 8.8.8.8 and 8.8.4.4, at it seems works, now working fine for few days already, but still have no idea why it happened only now :)

Cheers
