Thanks for your reply.. but still there is a confusion. 

I have v1 hardware and I am getting Manually Band selection in Beta firmware and hope we will get an actual update later for V1. 

So the above feature may be included in v2 by default. But my question is in general when you say v2 then its updated hardware for the previous version of products/ model. 

 there should be an additional feature/ functionality may be included in V2 (which can not be done in v1 as its related to hardware) .. asking about that?... thanks

@Satheskumar - I would hold off for now we supply loads of routers and this version 2 has major faults with the app and speeds
