RE300 current can’t detect 5G
My RE300 currently cant detect the 5G network, it was ok 2days ago.
i have try to restart and reset the device but still not working.
What can i do to resolve the issue? Thanks.

May I know the model number of your home router?
Was RE300 not able to detect any 5ghz network, or just the home router?
Have you tried to change the wireless channel of the home router, such as channel 36 or 40 for 5ghz?

The extender only can detect the 5G for a short while(1-2 days) then it will be gone every time I reset it. I tried change the home router channel to both 36 and 40 but still the same. The router model is SingTel WiFi Gigabit Router AC Plus.

- What are the hardware and firmware version about RE300?
- Did you mean when the 5ghz disconnected and LED light off, the only way to recover the 5ghz connection is to reset the RE300 and set it up again?
- May I know how long have you had the RE300?
- Next time, when the 5ghz was disconnected again, could you please log into the RE300, then go to settings>system tools>system log and save the log to me?
