May I know where are you located and who is your sim card carrier?
How long have you had the device?
If you put the sim card into the smart phone, would it work properly?
If yes, please refer to the following suggestions:
- Reset the 6400 to the factory default;
- Make sure the firmware is up to date;
- Log into the M6400 to check if there is any internet IP address and if the ISP profile is right or not
--if there is no IP address, please go to advanced>network>internet>manually create a new profile;
--if there is an IP address, but still no internet, please go to advanced>LAN settings>change the DNS server to be 8.8.8.8/8.8.4.4;
