Hi,

 

I have Router M7350 4G and keeps dropping signal and service even after upgrade firmware, and I have tested my sim card working fine with other devices.

 

Note: Kindly find attached Logs.

Sorry for the delay.

May I know where are you located and who is your sim card provider

How long have you had the device and when did the issue start?

When the connection dropped, the device was already disconnected from the Wi-Fi or still connected but no internet?

And how would you recover the internet connection, reboot the M7350, or it would come back automatically

Have you tried to change the wireless channel on the 2.4ghz to have a look
