Internet disconnection frequently on TL-MR100
Internet disconnects in every few mins. I bought this for reliable connectivity but seems like its doing the job. The same sim card works very well in the phone.
The worst part that whenever Internet disconnects http://tplinkmodem.net/ this page also doesn't responds. I am sure its the Router who is culprit.

Good Day. Hard to catch you, I believe you working hard for us.
Internet disconnection still exist but now it's not happening too often.
When signal drops from 100 % to 75 or 75% to 50% it happens. Hard to find the exact scenario. Is there any log present in the system? so that I can share with you.
Few more question:
HSPA+ not working.
My mobile detects HSPA+ when I select 3g only but in TL MR100 does not work with HSPA+. If I choose 3G only it show WCDMA all the time.
Can't select the 3G bands in TL MR100. Why I can't choose 3G band?
TL MR100 says it's compatible with HSPA+.
Is the issue happening because of beta version?
What is the Cat version of TL MR 100?
How many MIMO is used?
Does TL MR 100 support carrier aggregation on LTE bands?
Thanks,
Aravind S.

TP-Link Team,
even with Firmware 1.3.0 0.9.1 v0001.0 Build 201016 Rel.35768n it does not Support HSPA+/UMTS, I have disconnection issue and slow speeds than old Huawei 3G dongle, to be honest, i bought this product to free one usb port used by Huawei 3G dongle and i'm disappointed.

LOL! they will never reply.
I already raised the issue in this thread => https://community.tp-link.com/en/home/forum/topic/235130
We have to regret ourself because we bought TP link product.
Worst advice: Wait for next firmware, it will take them for a while still they won't fix any issue. They'll just make some UI changes in the settings page and release.
Best advice: Throw your router to garbage and buy better one.
Thanks,
Aravind S.

Fortunately i have returned the product.
>buy better one
Which one ?, there aren't much budget products with ethernet port and that support sms.
I've looked into 4G LTE products from Tenda, it seems both Tp-Link and Tenda are 4G LTE only products with WCDMA only for 3G, proabably the hardware won't support UTMS/HSPA/HSPA+ modes.

Hi,
Gald to hear that.
Put some extra money and buy LTE CAT-6 or above.
There are lot of products available in the market. Please search and compare with different product.
Huawei,Dlink,Tenda,TAKTIKAL,AT&T.. etc check the compatabilty and buy.
Thanks,
Aravind S

Man, i checked compatibility and user reviews on amazon and flipkart and youtube before purchasing MR100, believe it or not, most of them were not BSNL users, and those who confirmed BSNL compatibility many not have tested the product extensively or were in areas with almost non existant 3G signal with their phone/dongle. I did see one or two reviews mentioning this being slower than their phone/dongle, but have not mention the provider in reviews.
Please do post here when you really get UTMS/HSPA+ mode and disconnection issues sorted out with firmware updates on the same hardware.
thanks,
