USB Huawei E3372 can't be detected
I can't connect TL-MR3420 router with Huawei E3372.
I've went through configuration and setup correct APN from my ISP but this undetected modem error screen I see constantly and no internet:
This modem (USB dongle) is found as compatible on this page > https://www.tp-link.com/en/support/3g-comp-list/?model=TL-MR3420 but I seams can't figure out how to connect it
USB connection works when connected to PC directly

Good day.
Thank you very much for your time and patience.
Have you ever tested the Huawei E3372 on the USB port of the computer to see if it is working correctly on the laptop?
And have you tried to take out the sim card and put it again to see if the error message still here?
If possible, please also hold the reset pinhole on the router for 10s to do a factory reset;
Thanks a lot.

@kreso Hi, just in case, make sure you have a E3372h. The 'h' means the 'hilink' version, which is the one I see marked as compatible in the link you posted. Non 'h' modems use different connection modes and may be not compatible unless specified. Hope this helps.

thx @FTC
yes it most definitely is - I have:
Device name — E3372h-320
Configuration file version — E3372h-320-CUST 10.0.3.1(C965)
I can give you my serial number, IMEI, IMSI and bunch of other tech details if that helps..
Does anyone know who programs firmwares for this devices so I can contact them directly to see what firmware do I need or why my device is no go..
