Can't login in TP Admin Area

I have a 3G-4G router with internet connection from provider. But The technician told me not to enter in admin area..
He changed the password of account and haven'tt told me.. he also told me that if I will login, then the WiFi will stop working..
Shall I enter? Will there be any problem if I enter in admin area?

Hi, thank you very much for your time and patience.
You have all rights to log into the admin page since it is your device.
But since you did not know the login password, the only way is to factory reset the router and after that you would lose all the previous configuration on the modem, might need to set it up again;
