My echo dot was connected to a tp link m3750 4g router but now it has lost it’s connection. I have tried resetting the echo dot but it just won’t work. I have been able to connect it my friends network without a problem. Any ideas ?

@malcs_turner71

Good day.

Are you able to reconfigure the Echo dot again with M7350?

If not, is there any error message?

Or the Echo dot is setup correctly, but did not function well?

Except Echo dot, how about other devices connected to the M7350 and are they working well?

Thank you very much.

@Sunshine

the echo dot was connected a couple of weeks ago but just lost connection. I have reset the dot several times with no luck. All I get is unable to connect. The m3750 connects to my other devices without a pro
