Model: Archer MR600
Hardware Version: V1
Firmware Version: 1.2.0 0.9.1

Hi,

 I got an issue with my Archer 600, almost evey night from around 3 to 6 the 2.4ghz network stop to work.
On the log i could see lot of dhcp request during the issue from one of my device while trying to connect.
When the connection come back i see that the system have done a reset on the LTE connection.

The strange fact is that the 5ghz network work properly.

tested with the 2.4 and 5ghz network on different sid and with the smart connect but nothing change.

All the device on the 5ghz work properly during the 2.4ghz issue, the are able to connect to internet and reach the router.

Any suggestion?

@Norgar

Good day.

Thank you very much for your time and patience.

May I know how long have you had the router and when did the issue start?

When the 2.4ghz stopped working, could you please help check the IP address on these devices and also try to ping the gateway to check the connection;

And if possible, please also save the system log about the continuous DHCP request;

Have you ever tried to change a different sim card to see if the same issue would still exist?

Thank you very much.
