Hello,

 

As per the Deco M4 specifications, it will provide you a 300 Mbps on 2.4 GHz and 867 Mbps on 5 GHz, which means you will get a maximum of 867M wireless link speed if your wireless adapter also supports it.

 

However, the wireless link speed/rate is not equal to the real wireless speed you will get, the actual wireless speed is almost 60%-80% of the wireless link speed. For more details, you may refer to the below article:

Also do i turn off 2.4ghz? If i was to get virgin 1gb network, would 5ghz give me approx 1gb??
