Doesn’t connect to modem anymore even after putting it in manually and resetting
Hey I've had this range extender for 2 months but it unfortunately stopped working a month ago. My ssid doesn't show up anymore no matter how much I rescan or reset or even if I put it in manually. I've reset my modem and tried everything. Please help I'm tried of using data lol.

During the reset, did you see all the lights come on then off, then power and wireless lights lit up?
Did you have any wired laptops that we can connect the computer via a cable to the RE to see if the computer could get a valid IP address and log into the web management page?

@Solla-topee when I reset it all the lights did come on then off and no I don't have a wire to connect my laptop to the RE. I live in Toron

In this way, after reset, can you see any SSID like TP-Link_ extender?
By the way, have you checked if all the devices are unable to detect the SSID of the TL-WA850RE?
If yes, since you bought it within 2 months, I am afraid that you might need to contact the shop retailer to get it replaced.

May I have the model number of your main router?
Since the TL-WA850RE is 2.4Ghz, your main router also supports 2.4Ghz right?
By the way, if TL-WA850RE not able to detect the 2.4Ghz of your main router, can it detect any other 2.4Ghz network?
And if possible, please also try to change the wireless advanced settings, such as changing the channel 11, channel width 20mhz for 2.4Ghz;
