Hello,

my Deco M5 suddenly stopped working properly. There’s no internet connection.

Its connected to my fiber modem and when I connect to the modem with a Ethernet I get a connection. I tried connecting to Deco with Ethernet aswell, no internet.

ive tried reinstalling it and changing ipv4 IP to 8.8.8.8, doesn’t work.

what can I do?

What is the current network diagram? How do you connect these devices together?

What is the light status of the Deco units?

With computer connected to the modem directly, please click here to check its IP address and default gateway.

Then with the main Deco connected to the modem, please follow the user manual to configure it.

Meanwhile, please contact your ISP to verify that there is no mac filtering or mac binding which limits the internet access of other routers.
