Hi got new mr600 router put smarty sim in tried to set up and no internet connection sim not recognised help

For your case, please refer to the following information:

  1. Is the sim card status here, no sim card?
  2. Do you have a different sim card that we can use for the MR600?
  3. Have you even put the sim card into the mobile phone to see if it could be recognized?
  4. What is the model number of the sim card?

Here are some suggestions for reference:

  1. Reset the router by holding the reset pinhole for 10s till all the lights turn on then off;
  2. Unplug the sim card and plug it again to make sure it is firmly inserted;
