Hi,

 

My router keeps completely quitting my wifi connection every hour (at the exact same minute) . All devices disconnect and the ssid is completely gone.

 

i tried resetting the router, changing from router to access point, change the wifi names, other wifi channels etc. etc.

also, i thought it might had to do with dhcp leasetime, so I changed that to longer then 1 hour too (1 day and 1 week and 1 week-1sec).

 

Nothing worked. The router with wifi I got from my ISP is working fine (just not strong enough) with the samen ssid and basicly the samen settings. If I set the tp-link to router mode, i ofcourse set the ISP router to bridged mode. and when I've selected it as access point, i had disabled wifi and dhcp from the ISP router.

 

Please help!

Hello,

 

Can you please confirm if the firmware of your C2300 is up-to-date as per its region and hardware version? If its firmware is the latest already, you may need to contact the local tech support to check the warranty cause the device seems faulty.
