Hi, I have a m7300 modem without a battery. Version 2, when I charge it, the light turns on but it does not work. What is wrong with the modem? Does it just need a battery or is it broken?
Thank you for your answer. I got the modem from the store and it was complete. After a while, the battery was lost and now it does not work with direct current without a battery.
I heard version 2 does not work without battery Is this true? Or has a hardware problem?
And the modem battery itself is not available. Can I use the phone batteries?
